Caring staff & absolutely perfect location, everything was nice. Tasty breakfast and lots of goodies. We were in warm enough suite. The service was GREAT, totally satisfied. Loved Mount Shasta, the hotel was adorable.

The staff was fabulous, the continental breakfast was hot. Spacious bedroom and nice beds. Found in the pet-friendly area, the hotel offered reasonable prices. We appreciated a fabulous restaurant. Spotless place and outstanding service. Beautiful garden outside.

The check-in was early, the service was impeccable, plus prime location. I loved how compact and non-smoking the room was. Energetic staff; were ready to help. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the swim-up bar.

Disappointing aspect was horrible bathroom.

Liked location and food, good beds, the hotel itself was spotless. Magnificent view of river. Pool was excellent, comfortable to sit around.

Easygoing stuff, lovely food, beautiful location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Special service throughout my stay. Besides, the parking was on-site. The hotel was so close to the heart of Mount Shasta.

Motel was very clean and well maintained. Liked bathroom with a bathtub. Lilys Restaurant, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the property...
